✅ Before You Begin
- Confirm the TV model is supported. Compatible TV Models: Aruvo TV.
- You have access to the Aruvo TV portal. How To: Create your Aruvo TV account
- Have the Company/Property photos or videos, along with the decided color scheme.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
1. Open the Aruvo Portal.
Log in to the Aruvo portal and navigate to the Home tab option at the top under Preview and Personalize.
2. Navigate to the desired sections to customize your branding options
Go to each section and click to expand it, then click the "Edit" button to change the background color and transparency options.
You can choose the color from the UI, or add a HEX code in order to customize the color of your choice.
You can update the following Sections below to have the branding customized on the Aruvo TV home Tab.
Logo:
Expand the "Logo" section and click on the Logo icon to specify the background color of the logo.
Guest Welcome Card:
You can customize each element of the Guest Welcome Card in the Aruvo TV display by clicking the "Edit" button for the desired option. See the details on how to customize each element below:
Guest Name:
Click on the Edit icon for "Guest Name" to update the following options for the guest name display:
- Text Font
- Text color
- Text size
- Background color
- Tags
Click the "Save" button at the top to save changes when finished.
Property Display Name:
Click on the Edit icon for "Property Display Name" to update the following options for the property name display:
- Text Font
- Text color
- Text size
- Background color
- Tags
Please make the necessary changes to the Guest name and Property Display name sections, logo background, Background color, and central alignment by clicking on the Edit icon.
Click the "Save" button at the top to save changes when finished.
Carousel Image and Video:
Expand the "Carousel Image & Video" section, and you can either choose from the pre-added Images from Aruvo or upload your own.
You can click on the "Plus" button to upload your video and images for totally customized branding.
You can click on the "Upload" to add a video or image of your choice and select the duration for which they should be visible on the TV screen.
Important note:
Upload the file of 16:9 ratio for the best experience on the TV.
Click the "Save" button at the top to save changes when finished.
Widget:
You can customize the Widget section colors by clicking on the edit icon and then choosing the appropriate color that looks more attractive on the TV.
Under the Widget section, you have three sub-sections for check-out time, system time, and Weather. You can click on the edit icon for each to update the following:
- Icon color
- Text Color
- Card background color
- Card Background Transparency
You can customize the Icon colour and Text color of the checkout time widget that is on the top right side of the TV.
You can customize the Icon colour and Text color of the Property time widget that is on the top right side of the TV.
You can customize the Icon colour and Text color and the Temperature unit of the Weather widget that is on the top right side of the TV.
Click the "Save" button at the top to save changes when finished.
Menu Display Settings:
Expand the Menu Display settings tab and then click on the edit icon to customize how your menu looks by customizing your Menu icon color, icons' background color, and Menu background color.
You can click on the edit icon and will have the option to edit :
- Navigation Highlight color
- Icon color
- Icon background color
- Menu background color
Click the "Save" button at the top to save changes when finished.
Note: You can see a live Preview of how the guest will see the changes you are making on the right side.
