⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
1. Open the web portal for Aruvo TV
If you haven't created an account yet, you can sign up with your Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn accounts, or add your name, email, and phone number to sign up: How To: Create your Aruvo TV account
2. Changing the Defaults
Update the company logo along with property details, wi-fi information, and stay information.
Important note:
Please make sure to select your branded theme before making changes here.
How To: Select a Display Theme for Aruvo TV
You can update the following Sections below to change the default setup on Step 2 for Aruvo TV Setup.
1. Add your company logo.
Click on the option for updating the Logo and add your own branded logo.
2. Change the Demo Property Details.
Click on the "Edit" icon to change the property details.
- Property Display Name
- Apartment, Suite, Building
- Zip Code
- City
- State
- Country
Please tap on Change the defaults to save the changes.
3. Change the default Wifi setup.
Click on the Edit icon to change the default Wi-Fi setup.
You can add the Wifi name, Wifi password, Wifi Security Type for the demo properties, and if you have the same wifi details across all your properties, then this information can be used when you are adding your other properties later on.
4. Change the Stay Details.
Click on the Edit icon to change the Stay details.
This is very important as this will give you a clear idea of how the setup is going to look for a real guest when they check in to the property.
Important note:
These details will be used to preview the setup only and gives a clear idea about the Setup that will displayed on TV for a real guest.
After clicking on the Edit icon for the Stay details, you can add the information for the Guest name, stay start date, stay end date, and check-in and check-out time that should show on the screen for you to be able to see how it is going to show for the real guest as well.
Please tap on Change the defaults to save the changes.
