⭐Benefits
The Stay Management module is a key part of the Aruvo platform. It gives you a simple and powerful way to handle all your bookings.
-
One Place for All Bookings: See every reservation in a single list, whether you added it yourself or it came from a site like Airbnb.
-
Saves Time: You can add bookings manually or have them sync automatically. This means less work and fewer mistakes for you.
-
Quickly Find Things: You can easily search for a guest by name or sort the list by dates to find what you need fast.
-
Always Up-to-Date: The system syncs with your booking sites all the time. If a booking is ever missing, you can hit a button to re-sync it.

What about missing guest contact info: Sometimes, booking sites don't provide all guest details (like email or phone number). Aruvo has you covered!
- It will temporarily add placeholder information (e.g., email_not_provided@airbnb.com,+0000000000).
- This ensures your data is complete, but also prevents you from accidentally sending messages to fake contact details.
- You can easily edit the stay later to add the correct guest information once you have it.
Understanding the Stay List
The Stay List is where you see all your current and upcoming bookings for a unit.
Here's what you'll see:
- Guest name, phone number, and email: Contact details for your guests.
- Source: Where the booking came from (Aruvo, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
- Confirmation Code: The unique code for the booking.
- Check-in & Check-out: Dates and times for arrival and departure.
- Search and Sort: Easily search by guest name, phone, or email. You can also sort the list by guest name, check-in, or check-out date.

- Go to the "Stays" tab for your unit.
Find the stay you want to edit (you can search or sort).
Click the edit icon (looks like a pencil) next to the reservation.
Make your changes: You can update check-in/out dates, guest names, email, or phone numbers.
Important: You can't change the "Source" or "Confirmation Code."
Save: Click "Update Stay" to apply your changes. You'll get a confirmation message.
How to Delete a Reservation
Deleting a stay is permanent and removes all guest access to your unit.
Go to the "Stays" tab for your unit.
Click the delete icon (looks like a trash can) next to the reservation..
Confirm Deletion :
- Read the warning about the action being irreversible.
- Check the box to acknowledge that you understand.
- Type "Delete" (it's case-sensitive!) in the confirmation box.
Click "Delete" to finalize.
What happens after deletion?
- The stay is immediately removed.
- The guest's access to the unit and any connected Smart TVs is revoked. Your Aruvo dashboard will instantly update.
Sync Management
Aruvo shows you the "sync status" for your connected booking sites. This tells you when Aruvo last checked for new reservations.
Re-sync Button: If you think a reservation might be missing or you want to force an update, click the "Re-sync" button.
Alerts: Aruvo will let you know if it suspects any stays might be missing, prompting you to re-sync.
