- Customized Content: Tailor video and images using your property's name or guest preferences to create a relevant and personalized experience
- Seamless Playback: Content is sequenced smoothly for an engaging and uninterrupted viewing experience.
- Universal Compatibility: Ensure reliable video playback across all major platforms, including Roku, Android TV, Apple TV, and Fire TV.
- Centralized Management & Preview: Manage all your content from a single location and view a real-time Live Preview before deployment.
🛠️ Special Considerations
- Be aware that closing or switching tabs during an upload will abort the process! Ensure that any in-progress uploads have completed before switching or closing a browser tab with an upload in progress.
-
Playback Behavior on Devices:
- Roku Devices: Media plays as a Roku Screensaver. If multiple files are uploaded, playback follows the configured sequence. A single file loops continuously.
- Android TV, Apple TV & Fire TV: Media plays on the Smart TV Home Screen. Image display duration is applied as configured. Videos play fully and loop after the last media item.
-
Looping Logic:
- Single Image: Remains displayed continuously.
- Single Video: Loops continuously after playback.
- Multiple Images: Rotate according to their set duration.
- Multiple Videos: Play fully in sequence, then loop back to the start.
- Mixed Images + Videos: Image → Video → Image sequence is respected and loops accordingly.
-
Video Processing & Conversion:
- Uploaded videos undergo automatic conversion to a streaming-compatible format.
- Conversion states: Processing, Success, Failed.
- If conversion fails, a “Retry” button will appear.
- You must remain on the Carousel Image & Video tab during the actual upload process.
