How To: Select Aruvo Subscription Plan & Configure Billing

When you first start using an Aruvo Smart TV, your account is automatically enrolled in a 30-day Enterprise Free Trial. This gives you full access to all features without any charges.
To ensure your service continues without interruption after this trial period, you need to complete two steps before the trial ends: add a payment method and select your ongoing subscription plan.

✅ Before You Begin
Please ensure you have these items ready:
- You've finished your initial account setup (onboarding).
- You have the necessary permissions as a Billing User.
- You are still within your 30-day trial window.
- You have a valid credit or debit card to enter for billing.
Billing Timeline Example: If your trial starts on Oct 1, 2025, your last free day is Oct 31, 2025. Billing starts on Nov 1, 2025.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Access the Billing Portal
- Log in to your Aruvo Admin Dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, click on Billing.
- You will see three sections: Payment Methods, Invoices, and Subscription.
Step 2: Add Your Payment Method
- Click the Payment Methods tab.

Click the + Add Payment Method button. This opens a secure window managed by our payment partner, Stripe.
- Enter your complete card details: You will need to provide the Card Number, Name, Expiry Date, CVC, and Billing Address.
Click Add Card to save your information.
Important: Your card details are securely validated by Stripe; Aruvo does not store your full card number. You will not be charged until the free trial period is over.
Step 3: Choose Your Plan
After adding your card, the system will move you to the plan selection screen.

Click the Subscription tab to view all available options.

Compare Plans: Review the Basic, Curated ("Most Popular"), and Enterprise plans to see which features you need (like PMS integration or TVs per unit).

Set Quantity & Frequency:
- Use the Unit Slider (10 – 70+) to accurately reflect your property count and see the cost per unit.

Use the toggle to switch between Monthly and Yearly billing. Choosing Yearly offers savings (up to 10%).
- Click Choose Plan under the plan you want to select it.
Step 4: Final Confirmation and Overview
- Confirm Details: A pop-up will appear (e.g., "Plan Updated Successfully"). Review the Selected Plan and the Next Billing Date.
- Click OK to save.
- Review Overview: Your main Billing Overview will now confirm your Current Plan, Payment Method, Free Trial End Date, and Next Billing Date (e.g., Nov 30, 2025).
🛎️ Post-Trial Billing
- On the first paid day (e.g., Nov 1, 2025), your chosen plan becomes active.
- Stripe will automatically charge your saved card.
- You will receive an invoice by email for every billing cycle.
Need to Make Changes Later?
You can easily manage your subscription at any time by returning to the Billing → Subscription page and clicking the Manage Subscription button.
