💡What is Aruvo and what does it do?
Aruvo is a hospitality smart TV app that allows guests to stream content, cast from their devices, view check-out reminders, and access Wi-Fi info, all without logging into personal accounts manually.
💡Which TV models support Aruvo?
Aruvo TV app is compatible with all major Smart TV models.

💡How do I sign up for Aruvo TV?
You can easily sign up with your existing Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, or you can create a new one for the Aruvo TV. Please check the help article below: How To: Create your Aruvo TV account
💡What is the Aruvo Pin, and where can I find it?
Aruvo pin is by default set up as 1234, and you can find it under the Units page on the Aruvo portal.

Aruvo Dashboard setup is a DIY process, and you can easily complete the onboarding process by yourself.

Yes, you can come back to step 3 after completing all the steps or even later on to update the default setup for All you need to do is go to step 3 and start making the changes.

You can change from a pre-selected theme to your branded theme by going to step 2 on the Aruvo Dashboard and then clicking on Use my branded theme.

💡What are the recommended dimensions for uploading my branded Logo for Aruvo TV?
The recommended dimensions for uploading the branded Logo for Aruvo TV are:
Supported Files: png, jpeg, jpg.
Recommended logo aspect ratio is 3:1 (e.g. 900px × 300px)
Max. 5 MB file size.

The recommended dimensions for uploading the branded Image or Video for Aruvo TV are:
Supported Image Files: png, jpeg, jpg. (Max 5 MB file size)
Supported Video Files: MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI. WEBM.(MAX 500 MB)
Upload the file of a 16:9 ratio for the best experience

💡How can I create a test Reservation to test the setup for a guest on the Aruvo Portal?
After completing the sign-up process, Aruvo will automatically create 10 test reservations for you to test the setup for your convenience.
💡When will the billing start for the Aruvo Platform, and what will I be billed for?
You will enjoy the free enterprise Subscription for the first 30 days, and after the free trial period for 30 days, you will be billed for the total no of properties imported from the PMS to the Aruvo Portal.
💡I have completed the setup, but not able to see anything on the TV?
After completing the Setup for the Aruvo TV, you will need to link the TV with the Aruvo portal to be able to see the setup on the TV. Please find the help article below for reference: How to: Link Aruvo TV to property
