How to: Link Your Aruvo Account to Streamline

🕐 When to Use This Guide
Follow the steps in this article when:
- You've configured your Aruvo account
- At least one Aruvo unit is ready to be linked, or be prepared to manually add unit details within Aruvo.
✅ Before You Begin
Ensure you have the following ready to ensure an easy setup:
- Aruvo account - If you have not set up your account yet, follow the steps in this article to create and configure your account.
- Configure your branding and theme - If you have not completed these steps during initial account setup, follow the steps in this guide to configure your theme and branding.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
1. Open the web portal to Aruvo TV
If you have not created your Aruvo account yet, follow the steps to get started at How To: Create your Aruvo TV account.
2. Navigate to the "Integrations" tab
Click to select the "Integrations" option from the left-side menu.
3. Select the Streamline PMS integration
The user flow for adding a new Streamline integration with a token involves two steps:
- Provide a name for the integration.
- Complete the authorization or setup process by entering:
- Token Key
Token Secret
Tip: Use the "Search" bar to type the name of your PMS and locate it quickly.
4. Enter integration details
You need to add your Streamline account details in the provided fields.
- Integration Name: Enter a display name for your Streamline integration.
Note that this does not need to match your Streamline or Aruvo account names. Any display name that helps identify the integration at a glance will be perfect!
5. Add tokens
- Enter the Token Key and Token Secret from your Streamline account.
- You can choose to "Enter Unit Manually" or "Close" and map units later via the Integrations Page.
6. Where to get Streamline tokens
- Log into your Streamline account.
- Navigate to Main Menu → Third‑Party Integrations → Self Service Onboarding.
- Locate the specific integration partner (e.g., Aruvo).
- Click on “Get Tokens” (this may appear as “Get Token Key & Token Secret”).
Important Note:
- The system will generate and display a Token Key and Token Secret — copy and store them securely.
7. Integration successful:
After confirming the integration was linked successfully, you can import your property listing(s) from Streamline automatically! Click the "Import Units from PMS" button to proceed with the import, or click the "Close" button to skip this step.
8. Import units from Streamline:
Click "Import Units from PMS" to proceed with the import, and the system will collect a list of all units that are set up on your Streamline account.
- Click the check-box to select individual units to import, or use the "Select All" check-box to select all units.
- You can use the "Search Unit" button to search for a specific property listing.
If you don't see a property that was recently added to Streamline, click the "Re-Sync Units" button to refresh the list.
Important Note:
- The PMS Sync Status will be "Disabled" by default when you link a PMS Integration on the Aruvo portal. Sync status should be enabled so that the stay details can sync to the respective property on the Aruvo Portal. For the steps to enable sync, see How to: Turn PMS Stay Syncing On and Off.
- You will be able to Import the units from the PMS even if the PMS Sync status is disabled.
When you've selected all of the properties that you want to import, click the "Import Units" button to add them to Aruvo.
🛠️ Important Details
Note:
- Only account Admins typically have access to this option. If you don’t see it, you may need to request admin privileges from your Streamline account owner or support.
- Paste these credentials into Aruvo’s PMS Integration page to complete the connection.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Errors When Linking to Streamline
If the token is invalid, it will give the following errors.
Invalid Token Secret: Confirm you copied it correctly from Streamline.
Invalid Token Key: Generate a new Token Key in Streamline and retry.
- Ensure you generate a fresh Token Key and Token Secret.
- Double-check the credentials before entering them in Aruvo to avoid errors.
- Once linked, units can be imported instantly, ensuring seamless data flow between Streamline and Aruvo.
🛠️ Manage PMS Integration
Update Integration
We can edit and update the integration page in Aruvo by following the steps below:- Navigate to the Integrations Page in Aruvo.
- Locate the integration name that needs to be updated.
- Click the Edit icon next to the integration name.
- Enter the new Integration Name (max 100 characters) and save it.
Changes take effect immediately.
Note: An integration's display name can be up to 100 characters.
Delete Integration
Important: Deleting a PMS integration is an irreversible action and will result in permanent loss of data.

We can follow the steps below to delete the integration
- Locate the integration name that needs to be deleted.
- Click the Delete icon next to the integration name.

The system will pop up a warning message, noting that deleting the integration will stop the sync between Aruvo and Streamline. Follow the steps to proceed with deletion.
- Click the check box to acknowledge "I understand that this action cannot be reversed".
- Type the word "Delete" into the provided field.
- Click "Delete Integration" to confirm and delete.
- The system will update with a success message after deletion is completed. Click the "OK" button to acknowledge and close the window.
Data Deletion
- Once confirmed, Aruvo will permanently remove:
- The PMS integration and all synced data.
- All units were imported from that PMS.
- All Smart TVs are linked to those units.
Only delete if you are certain the integration and its data are no longer needed.
