How to: Add units Manually

🕐 When to Use This Guide
- You’ve successfully setup Aruvo and now want to add the units manually
- Property is not listed in the PMS yet, and you need to add the property manually.

- Compatible Smart TV or streaming device with Aruvo TV installed - see the instructions to install the Aruvo app here.
- Aruvo account - If you have not set up your account yet, follow the steps in this article to create and configure your account.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
Open the web portal to Aruvo TV
If you have not created your Aruvo account yet, follow the steps to get started at How To: Create your Aruvo TV account
1. Navigate to the Units section.
Navigate to the units tab on the Aruvo Portal and click on + Add a New Unit. A drop-down message will appear, prompting you to either import the properties from PMS or add the Units manually.
Tip: If you need to import the unit from your PMS instead, follow the steps at How To: Import Property Listings from PMS.
- Note that for iCal-based PMS connections like AirBnB, Vrbo, or Hospitable, it is not possible to import properties from the PMS. Follow the steps below to add units manually, then follow the steps for your PMS to add the iCal to each unit after it's added.
2. Enter the Units details manually.
After you click on the Option + Add a New Unit, select the option to Enter Unit details manually, and add the required information for adding the Unit on the Aruvo portal.
3. Add a New Unit
After you click on Enter Unit details manually, a new box will open to fill in the information for adding the Unit on the Aruvo portal, like the Unit Display Name, address, Zip code, city, state, country, timezone, stay timings, and Wi-Fi details for that property.
Click on the "Add Unit" button on the top right side to save and add the unit on the Aruvo portal. After adding the property, a "Success" message will be displayed, and prompt to link the unit to a PMS or iCal listing.
